Brief Information
Establishment of a non-exclusive Framework Agreement with a pool of qualified technical and financial advisory consultants to provide on-demand multidisciplinary advisory services across be’ah’s investment pipeline and existing waste management infrastructure. The services will support projects through the OIA Investment Stage-Gate process, particularly SGR1 to SGR3 and FID, as well as strategic planning, operational optimization, tendering, contract and regulatory matters, asset lifecycle planning, performance assurance and transaction support. Consultants will be engaged through individual Call-Off Orders based on the specific requirements of each assignment.
